Services About Book a Free Call

Your loved one trusted you with their estate. That doesn't mean you know what to do.

I guide trustees and executors through the full estate settlement process — finding what you'd otherwise miss, protecting you from what can go wrong, and keeping your family connected throughout.

Services are paid by the estate — no out of pocket cost to you.

Being a Trustee or Executor can be a full-time job.

Estate settlement typically takes 9 to 18 months, often at the expense of time, family relationships, and meaningful closure — with assets overlooked and opportunities to memorialize your loved ones missed. Most trustees are doing it for the first time, while grieving, managing family dynamics, not to mention their daily life responsibilities that preceded this one. There's a lot of guesswork and pressure involved — I take "I don't know what I don't know" out of the equation.

You received the trust documents and have no idea where to begin
You're coordinating with attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors and it's becoming a second job
There are family members with opinions and you need a neutral voice in the room
You're worried about making a mistake with assets, accounts, or property
You want to make sure nothing of value gets left behind or given away for nothing
You want someone to guide you on what to do next

How I help

I'm your project manager and inside guide for the entire settlement process. I find what you'd otherwise miss, bring the right people together, and keep things moving forward.

Roadmap & Project Management

A clear action plan for the full settlement process — prioritized, sequenced, and updated as things evolve. No guesswork about what comes next.

Asset Discovery

Unclaimed property, inherited airline miles, forgotten accounts, savings bonds — there's often more than you think. I know where to look and how to claim it.

Vendor Coordination

Estate sale companies, appraisers, real estate agents, cleaners — I vet, coordinate, and manage them so you don't have to, and so you don't get taken advantage of.

Professional Coordination

I work alongside your attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors as the hub — so you're not managing four professionals independently while you're also grieving.

Scam & Vendor Protection

Probate-adjacent scams and predatory vendors cost families billions every year. I know what to watch for and how to protect the estate from people who prey on this moment.

Family Communication

Grief and money are a difficult combination. I serve as a neutral third party to help keep communication clear and family relationships intact.

Every engagement starts with a free 20-minute consultation so I understand your situation before we discuss next steps.

About Sienna

Sienna is an estate advisor who helps trustees and executors navigate the settlement process after the loss of a loved one with a clear plan, preserved family relationships, and nothing left on the table.

What that work actually demands — project management, professional coordination, sharp negotiation, and the ability to keep groups working together when tensions are high — are skills Sienna has spent the last 12 years building.

She's built her career in startups and Fortune 500 companies, leading client-facing, strategy, and operations teams through high-stakes situations where clarity and progress depend on more than just getting the facts right. Throughout her career, she's seen that when the stakes are high and people come to the table with competing goals, the greatest threat is communication. With a decade of people management experience and a 40-hour family mediation training completed in 2026, she excels at helping people disentangle wants from needs and work toward a shared outcome.

She also knows this work from the inside. After serving as trustee and executor for her grandmother and her grandmother's husband, she found a process that was unstructured, chaotic, and lonelier than it needed to be. She got through it by leaning on her professional skills, taking a lot of deep breaths, and finding moments of levity in the heaviness.

Following this experience, she was moved to guide others as they navigate this confusing and often painful process. Her goal as an Estate Advisor is to be a partner and advocate, so that those going through this difficult experience are set up for success.

Working with Sienna, trustees and executors gain clarity on their responsibilities and goals, a tailored game plan built around their availability and priorities, the preservation of family relationships and memories, an exhaustive recovery of assets including those that often get overlooked, and, most importantly, the ability to move forward.

Sienna is based in New York City and works with clients remotely and occasionally in person.
